Products available from Animalinfo Publications are supplied by one of three methods.
- Products held in stock by Animalinfo Publications are shipped via Australia Post.
- Animalinfo eBooks are available for immediate download from our secure server.
- Animalinfo acts as an agent for other animal related products such as books and eBooks. The sale and shipping is arranged by the organisation listing the product for sale.

Books, Magazines, DVDs and other Products
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Animalinfo Publications containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or an appropriate courier company within one working day; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

After ordering and paying online, you will be redirected to a download page where you can download the eBook file. You will receive an email containing your activation code, confirming your successful purchase within a few minutes. This email contains the details on how to access the full version of the eBook you have bought. Note that if you have an anti-spam filter, the email may sometimes mistakenly get stopped by it. If you don't receive any emails, please check your spam filter on contact us via email on email@example.com
Refund and Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can resolve any problems.
Refunds do not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. DVDs and other items shipped sealed or shrink-wrapped must be returned in original sealed / shrink-wrapped condition if you are requesting a change-of-mind exchange or refund.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Animalinfo Publications will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.
